meet dr. toni ramírez
Toni Marie Ramírez (she/ella) is a Tejana, desert person, fronteriza, organizer, and queer family physician who practices medicine with community at the forefront. She completed her undergraduate and medical school training at Brown University and was trained in full spectrum family care at Santa Rosa Family Medicine Residency. Dr. Ramírez is dedicated to gender affirming care, having a decade of experience, and reproductive justice care. Acknowledging the restrictions of a transactional, for-profit and colonized medical industry, she challenges the ways we practice medicine to move beyond the four walls of a clinical room. She is is happy to be back home in El Paso, Texas where she loves being a tía and reconnecting with community alongside her wife and dog, Emilio.
