What is Taekwondo?

Taekwondo is one of the most systematic and scientific traditional Korean martial arts that teaches more than physical fighting skills. It is a discipline that shows ways of enhancing one's spirit and life through training the body and mind. Taekwondo combines non-aggressive combat and self-defense using sport techniques and different types of exercises. Classes for children ages 6 to 18 years and adults.
