Project Vida Health Center addresses the behavioral health and primary care needs of our patients with continuous care and support. Patients are regularly screened for depression and anxiety, conditions that can complicate managing physical health.

SERVICES INCLUDE:

  • Clinic care management

  • Patient monitoring

  • Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT)/Counseling

  • Psychiatric medication management

  • Controlling depression and anxiety

A care manager coordinates care and follows up to make sure your treatment plan is effective. By integrating care services at our clinics, our medical staff and behavioral health team work together to ensure high-quality, compassionate care through counseling, psychiatric services, medication management, and care management. In addition to behavioral health services at our clinics, Project Vida Health Center partners with other agencies such as Family Service of El Paso, Recovery Alliance of El Paso, Aliviane, and other helping agencies to provide integrated primary health care to our community.

Insurance

Discount Program Available

Uninsured and underinsured patients are charged for services according to their ability to pay based on sliding scale fees. No one is refused service for inability to pay. 

If you would like to register, bring the following information to your appointment:

  • Texas Driver’s License or any current picture ID of patient and spouse

  • Proof of address such as utility bill, rent receipt, bank statement, etc.

  • Last 3 current paycheck stubs or letter verifying monthly income for patient and spouse

  • Birth certificates for dependents 18 years and younger

  • Insurance cards such as Medicaid, CHIP, Medicare, and private healthcare insurance for all those residing in the household

  • Proof of government assistance such as Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP/”food stamps”), El Paso County General Assistance, etc.

  • Application must be signed by applicant

 

Clinic Hours (All Clinics)

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

  • Wednesday: 7:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.

  • Friday: 8:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.

  • Closed for lunch Monday-Thursday: 12:00 noon-1:00 p.m.
