Project Vida Health Center clinics support the health and well-being of patients in all stages of life, for all ages. We offer a full range of primary health care services at multiple locations throughout El Paso and Hudspeth Counties. We are patient-centered and believe the patient’s health is the primary concern when planning and operating all Project Vida Health Center services and supporting programs.

Clinic services include, but are not limited to the following:

Insurance 

Project Vida Health Center accepts many major insurances, including private insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, CHIP, and more. If you would like to know more about or register for Affordable Care Act or My Texas Benefits programs, please click here.

Discount Program Available

Uninsured or underinsured patients are charged for services according to ability to pay based on sliding scale fees. No one is refused service for inability to pay. 

If you would like to register, bring the following information to your appointment:

  • Texas Driver’s License or any current picture ID of patient and spouse

  • Proof of address such as utility bill, rent receipt, bank statement, etc.

  • Last 3 current paycheck stubs or letter verifying monthly income for patient and spouse

  • Birth certificates for dependents 18 years and younger

  • Insurance cards such as Medicaid, CHIP, Medicare, private healthcare insurance for all those residing in the household

  • Proof of government assistance such as Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP/”food stamps”), El Paso County General Assistance, etc.

  • Application must be signed by applicant

 


FTCA DeemedProject Vida Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center and receives public health funding.

This Health Center receives Federal funding from the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services and has U.S. Public Health Service deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
